Over 7,000 nonprofits have used the CCAT® to build capacity, strengthen operations, and deliver on their missions. Brad and Kathy Lambert are certified CCAT® facilitators, and they’re excited to offer this powerful tool as part of their consulting services.
The CCAT® is an online, survey-based assessment developed by TCC Group to evaluate nonprofit organizations’ core capacities and overall effectiveness. When an organization completes the CCAT®, they receive a detailed report assessing various aspects of nonprofit effectiveness including leadership capabilities, resource management, and organizational performance.
